Description Responsibilities Membership Experience :
Greets and welcomes parents and children in a warm and friendly manner :
Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members and their children; getting to know childrens names, ages and interests, and recommends programs to fit both the children and their parents.

Engages children in interactive activities that include story telling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games in the Child Center.

Resolves child conflicts in a swift and professional manner :
Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings :
Handle member questions, comments and concerns in professional manner.

Clean and maintain the Child Center and other program areas by following the cleaning checklist and performing assigned tasks Coaching:
:
Ability to follow high:
quality lesson plans that include an emphasis on fitness and to improvise and adjust plans where necessary :
Demonstrates appropriate level of skills and knowledge of the sport or skill being taught :
Teaches skills at an age:
appropriate level to ensure the class objectives are met :
Clearly communicate each childs progress and development needs to parents on a regular basis Sale and Promotional:

Continually increase knowledge of Life Time products, services, policies and procedures :
Ensure assigned classes continue running each session by reminding participants and parents about upcoming sessions and other programs Financial and Budgetary:

Ensure use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget :
Makes recommendations to the Department Head for supplies and equipment needed to ensure best:

Working towards a college degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Elementary Education with a Coaching Emphasis or a related field :
Six months to one:
year of teaching or coaching similar programs or activities with children :
