Sysco Central Texas is now hiring a Delivery Driver for the Temple, TX market.
GENERAL
Summary:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
3.
Maintain accurate driving logs.
4.
Unloading returns to M.
R.
P.
desk in San Antonio.
5.
Communicate with Maintenance on operating status of the unit.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1.
Ability to operate doubles, truck tractor and trailer equipment and successfully pass pre-employment vehicle operations test is required.
2.
Operation of various classifications of trucks from vans, Bobtails to tractor trailers; ability to operate standard transmission vehicle is preferred.
3.
Ability to pass preplacement functional ability screenings.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
1.
Minimum 6 months class A CDL driving experience; experience pulling doubles is preferred; ability to obtain doubles endorsement required.
Additional Information:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.
S.
on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship.
