The Registration Clerk will ensure the quality of patient registrations to the hospital by obtaining thorough and accurate information in a timely and efficient manner.
This position also requires the Representative to interact with ancillary departments and staff to ensure quality care for all patients.
The clerk also serves as a patient resource in matters concerning financial/payment arrangements and will discuss financial matters for up:
front collections or payment arrangements if necessary.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Computer literate with excellent verbal and communicational skills.
Tact and diplomacy.
Flexibility.
Ability to adjust with patient flow.
Detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
