Build customer relationships by taking 1 - 2 inbound calls per hour Be the go to Travel Professional your customers need by proactively following up Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions as needed Continue to learn by completing travel certifications What's in it for me?
