o Understand and explain the leasing process to Customers o Sell merchandise including packing / moving supplies and insurance to protect our Customers' goods o Operate POS system and take payments o Conduct daily visual and space audits of entire facility as well as perform lock checks o Prepare and make daily bank deposits o Submit all property invoices for payment o Process daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports o Coordinate and conduct auctions on an as-needed basis o Responsible for collections of delinquent accounts Who are you?
