Critical performance areas:
Strong Technical Background and English communication skills Comfortable conducting detailed analysis on complex, technical enterprise level platforms Self starting and critical analytical thinking a must Can work under little supervision Able to frame up technical problems and present solutions Comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with the Architectural Staff, Senior Management, Business Stakeholders, Product Teams, and Project Management resources Proven ability to solve problems Enjoys working in a team oriented, fast paced, changing environment Able to work effectively with remote teams using a variety of technology solutions (live Meeting, Go To Meeting, Multi Participant Conference Calls, etc)
Responsibilities:
Interface with Developers, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Product managers, to understand and propose technology solutions to meet business and technical objectives Skills & Abilities Must have previous experience designing, configuring and supporting Salesforce.

Experience with Service Cloud is strongly desired Comfortable working with cross-functional teams on large projects.
Capable of delivering presentations, facilitating meetings, and managing requirement gathering sessions.
Comfortable working where reverse engineering of legacy systems and services is required to understand internal and/or external dependencies Previous experience with compliance initiatives (PCI, SOX, SAS, etc) is an asset Education and experience preferred:
College Degree/Preferably in a field related to computer science or software engineering Perks and Benefits Great work environment.
