Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years insurance experience or 2 years in a customer service related industry.
Sales focused mentality with a demonstrated ability to close sales.
Must be comfortable using a laptop computer for training and sales.
Must pass both a sales aptitude and personality test.
The Benefit Coordinators is more concerned with who you are than what you know.
In short, The Benefit Coordinators is seeking a person who is tired of being average and has enough energy for that one last attempt at greatness!
Here are characteristics of our idea candidate (Benefit Coordinator):
Tired of being average and seeking a new path to move to a better financial position.
Average sales experience.
Not afraid of commission sales.
Not broke and in need of an immediate paycheck.
Able to teach others while willing to learn new things.
Have a current Life Insurance license.
Our market promises hard work, obstacles, and frustration. The Benefit Coordinators will provide the best in training, commission compensation, sales tools, marketing concepts, and support. Our staff is highly trained and are experts in helping accepted candidates succeed.
We will not consider whiners, excuse makers, cry babies, or those who are tired and washed up. However; we are an equal opportunity organization and will consider everyone other than those previously excluded! Credit and Vector checks will be performed.
This is a 100% Commissions position. Commission are earned on submission, on issue, or as earned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
