00 pm Summary of Position This job requires general administrative and tutorial duties that are discipline specific for the Mathematics Department.
The incumbent is responsible for administrative and tutoring duties that will help assist students that are in the Advanced Mathematics Laboratory.
Minimum Required Education High School diploma or GED required AND Completion of Calculus II AND Differential Equations required OR Calculus III OR major in mathematics or engineering with experience through Calculus II.
Minimum Required Experience 2 years wage earning experience using Microsoft applications including online learning management systems and experience using graphic calculator preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels Must be computer literate Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills Other Information Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be available for weekends and night-shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
