WorkReady Texas is currently looking for an EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST to work with individuals with mild to moderate disabilities in the Killeen/Temple areas.
Our consumers are referred to us by Texas Workforce Solutions and are needing assistance securing and maintaining long-term, meaningful employment.

The position has a base salary of $40,000 the first 120 days until credentialed and then the specialist is moved to an incentive-based plan with a base salary of $15,200 per year (Commissions).
The average income for an Employment Specialist is $49,000 annually AND higher performing specialist earn $64K-$78K per year.
This is a performance- based pay plan with great income opportunity.
Applicants must be professional, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to see our customers succeed.
The must be able to work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday although job requires flexibility with evenings and weekends at times.
Individuals must have a home office and successful performance-based experience will be given preference.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Rehabilitation, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal justice act.
), and one year of documented professional experience assisting individuals with disabilities.
OR Three years of documented professional experience providing services to individuals involved with Vocational Rehabilitation, Mental Health, Social Services or Non-Profits.
Bilingual helpful.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
