The primary responsibility of this insurance sales role is specific to the generation of new clients for our insurance products and services.
Specifically, you would serve an existing client base and generate new prospective clients to help them understand our full scope and reach of agency products and services.
You do not need to have experience in the field but need to have a good attitude, be a fast learner, responsible, stable & have good attendance.
This is not a remote position.

Goal and action oriented, with ability and desire to work towards activity and sales targets High level of comfort with outreach directly to perspective clients Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage one-on-one as well as an audience.
Persistence, drive and ability to work proactively Team player and team spirited DESIRED SKILLSET Have 6 or more years of commercial insurance experience.
Current P&C license in resident state Professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work with multiple potential customers and be prompt on all associated follow-ups Strong work ethic and leadership skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Strong team player and ability to work independently as needed to achieve individual and team-based goals Job Type:
