Must have previous property management experience.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate service requests with external vendors Confirm with tenants, staff, and vendors that maintenance needs are resolved Complete work orders in the database Coordinate completion of tenants move out process Serve as customer service representative for tenants by assisting with concerns and questions Serve as customer service representative for owners by helping with concerns and questions Identifies and resolves problems promptly for tenants and owners Schedule assessments of properties Answer phone calls from tenants and property owners Represents the company professionally and courteously Assist with the front desk when needed Daily communication with staff, vendors, and others as required Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested Must be able to meet mandatory deadlines Requirements:
Previous experience in property management preferred but not required Ability to work with agents, clients, and residents in a professional manner that respects the values of the company Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to handle stressful situations Organizational skills are a must Strong Customer Service skills required Ability to work with a diverse group of people to include co-workers, vendors, and customers Professional appearance and demeanor Client Service Representative
