is seeking an Admission Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to provide support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of Monarch Education Schools.
In this role, the Admission Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for welcoming visitors, assisting parents and teachers and performing clerical tasks in the school office.
The Admission Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position is a great opportunity to work for a highly dynamic, fast-paced organization with room for growth.
Duties will also include facilitating our admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition for prospective students and their families.
This role may also involve various tasks and duties related to attracting, evaluating, and admitting perspective students and families.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit prospective students to the school.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and online content.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families regarding admissions procedures, programs, and general school information.
Schedule and conduct school tours, open houses, and informational sessions for prospective families.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions data.
Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring that all required documents and information are complete.
Assess applicants' academic records, test scores, recommendations, and other relevant materials.
Collaborate with faculty and administrators to review applications and make admissions decisions.
Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families to assess their fit with the school's values and educational goals.
Communicate admission decisions to applicants and provide necessary follow-up information.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in education, admissions, student recruitment, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with student information systems and admissions software.
Knowledge of educational trends, curriculum offerings, and academic standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
