Summary:
This position requires a responsible individual to provide support to the Senior Director of Licensed Childcare.
The employee will represent the Armed Services YMCA personally, professionally, and in a manner in accordance with the mission and goals of the Association.
Must be friendly, energetic, well spoken, organized and fulfill responsibilities in accordance to the department needs.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer Phone and distribute phone calls approximately and in a timely manner (including assisting members).
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Responsible for weekly auditing of childcare attendance sheets.
Organize and file weekly childcare attendance sheets.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Coordinates and schedules meetings, and appointments for Senior Director Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment Other Duties as assigned by Senior Director of Licensed Childcare.

Travel:
20% Travel Time is expected.
Must be able to travel from one ASYMCA facility/ sites to another and pick up supplies, and visit personnel as needed.
Education and
Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must have High School Diplomas or GED Must have exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Must have strong verbal and writing communication skills Previous administrative experience required Job Type:
