30 Summary of Position The Administrative Assistant II position performs administrative work of considerable difficulty and involving independent judgment.
The incumbent coordinates and supports the implementation of Human Resource Management programs and processes and performs administrative tasks for the entire HR division with concentrated support for Recruitment and EEO.
Minimum Required Education A high school diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree preferred Minimum Required Experience Six years of clerical/secretarial experience with a high school diploma or GED, or two years clerical/secretarial experience with certification or (30 college credit hours), or one year clerical/secretarial experience with an Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills Demonstrated fundamental grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure and filing skills.
Strong customer service skills Demonstrated organizational skills Other Information.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
