TexMed is seeking an LVN Field Nurse in the Bell County and surrounding areas.
LVNs provide skilled nursing and will be required to report patient care, condition, and progress to patients' physician and DON on a continual basis.
TexMed is looking for an Independant worker with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills to add to our wonderful team.
Home Health experience and use of HCHB preferred but not required.
Current CPR certification and reliable insured transportation required.
Full time or part time positions available.
LVN will provide follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients which may include wound care and IV's.
On call rotation every 4-5 weeks may be required.
