This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for completing required documentation and communication with patients as assigned by the supervisor.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an office environment and must have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the communication system which may include:
email, multi-line phone system, answers incoming calls, documents and distributes messages Accurately file medical records.
Provide clerical support which may include preparing new patient packets,ordering medical supplies, faxing and scanning.
Promote effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintain confidentiality.
