E preferred but not required ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Technician helper / Lube tech will report directly to Shop Foreman or Service Manager and will work with Service Advisor's, and service support staff to ensure quality work performed and a completely satisfied customer.
Responsibilities subject to change as job requires, and not limited to the list below.
? Proper Diagnostic and inspection of vehicles in for service.
? Ensure work completion / promise times are met.
? Ensure Multi Point Inspection performed on all vehicles in for service or repair.
? Will be responsible for and ensure quality jobs are completed to protect the company and its reputation.
? Parts returns, core returns, ? Responsible for reporting issues with shop equipment to Shop Manager or Service Manager inspection and maintenance requests for shop equipment, lifts, machines, Etc.
? Quality control final road testing and inspection of work performed, ensure complaints resolved and final inspection and review of work declined or not found on previous inspection.
? Perform other duties at Service Manager or Shop Foreman request.

Domestic and Import Diagnostic Must have tools required to perform work Valid Texas Driver's License or Texas CDL Texas State Inspectors License.
