-Monday through Friday and Alternating Saturday schedule.

Your duties:
Provide extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers in a way that creates repeat business for life.
Open and close Repair Orders timing and effectively to maintain proper paperwork procedures.
Update all customers on their and sell needed repairs.
Collect payment from customers and set up the customer for delivery.
Assist in the day to day operations of the service department.
