Growth opportunities Night Auditor Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments - Prepare daily reports, such as occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account summaries - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the shift - Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality at all times - Monitor and respond to phone calls and inquiries from guests Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions - Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
