Thank you This is to oversee a portfolio of 7 fourplexes, all in Killeen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and vendors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities.
Requirements:
- MUST have TX RE License to be able to use TREX compliant leases.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and ability to coordinate repairs.
- Understanding of Section 8 housing programs is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
