Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising front desk staff - Training and mentoring new team members - Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests - Assisting with check-ins and check-outs - Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing - Coordinating with other departments to meet clientneeds - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area - Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (preferred) - Experience front office operations -knowledge of HIPPA and state requirements - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions If you are a motivated individual and able to work within a group we invite you to join our team as a Front Office Manager.

Previous experience working with medical/mental health insurances and credentialing are a bonus.
