Your duties will consist of:
Receiving inbound calls, keeping a log of phone call notes & scheduling upcoming appointments Greet and check-in customers, delegate repair orders to assigned technician and follow-up with customers on the progress of their repairs.
Managing time of booked appointments and what work is in progress on a daily basis to report updates back to customer.
Managing data entry for invoices and proper filing of completed invoices and part tickets.
Display active listening customer service skills -- listen to a customer's concern, clarify vehicle symptoms and prepare repair orders accordingly with detailed notes.
Create estimates on invoicing software --Must be able to articulate detailed notes of causes and solutions and become familiar with automotive repair terms and language.
Provide an environment of superior customer service in the office and on the phone.
Enhance company reputation by accepting ownership, accomplishing new requests, and adding value to customer service.
Manage lobby and front office tidiness and light cleaning Maintain organized work space with incoming parts, inventory stock items.
This position is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and is critical to the success of the business and customer relations.
Knowledge of automotive repairs is preferred but not a requirement as long as the applicant agrees to take initiative to learn about the automotive industry with provided online and hands on training in order to accurately explain in further detail of repairs needed on a customer's vehicle.

Requirements for this position:
Previous customer service skills and must be able to type minimum of 45 wpm Must be able to lift up to 35lbs (boxes and parts) Trainable and be capable of multitasking and keeping organized notes Must take initiative to be task oriented and stay organized 30 day probationary period - additional hourly compensation to be determined after 60 day probationary period
