com I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/ or weekends between 11a-3p.
The basic duties include:
Changing beds, washing and drying all linens and towels Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms Emptying trash Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen Washing, drying & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion) Sweep / Vaccuum, the floors Mop as needed Generally, keep common areas clean and tidy ALL CLEANING SUPLLIES PROVIDED All tasks generally take around 1.
5-2 hours to complete.
The pay ranges from $30 to $100 per checkout depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all.
But on average there are around 10-20 reservations a month ranging 1 to 5 days.
