Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

years of experience in a call center customer service role handling inbound and outbound calls and responding to emails.
Must demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Must demonstrate the ability to accurately type 35-40 words per minute.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data, warranty claims, and documentation.
Proficient in using email and customer service management tools to manage and track customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple email inquiries and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficient with email management systems and customer service software to be able to efficiently handle email inquiries, track customer interactions, and retrieve necessary information.
Ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems simultaneously.
Must be able to work out of Triple Impact's Killeen, Texas Center In addition, Basic Skill Sets Include:
