As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat platforms to assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive brand experiences.
Responsibilities Engage with customers through chat platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying solutions Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction rate Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department for further investigation and resolution Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and systems Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant computer applications Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance options Retirement savings plan Paid time off Career development opportunities.
