Lead and Manage Regional Distribution Center Loss Prevention Staff and Audit Programs :
Director management, coaching, and development of a staff of loss prevention officers and auditors :
Manage financial performance barometers (daily, weekly, monthly) for a region of the Distribution Network :
Conduct Field Assessment :
Conduct and supervise operational assessments for a Region of the US Distribution Network consisting of Regional Distribution Centers, Delivery Distribution Centers, Cross Dock Delivery Centers, Product Returns Centers, Secondary Markets, Pacific Sales.

Build cross functional relationships to support the enterprise initiatives (Distribution, Transportation, Retail, Inventory Control, Finance, Legal, HR, etc) :
Build and maintain networks with local agencies to better protect the enterprise (Cargo Task Force, Local Law Enforcement, and Federal Law Enforcement).

Conduct investigations regarding violations of ethics, company theft policy, and company values.

Travel up to 50 Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training Preferred Qualifications :
3 or more years of People Management and Development experience is strongly preferred.
