Senior JAVA Software Developer We are looking for a self-motivated, accountable, autonomous and dedicated Senior Java Developer to join an established application development team.
Our web-based application has been in use since 2003 and is continuously being expanded to meet the needs of over 1000
organizational customers.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking challenging assignments in a stable, proven and client-focused organization.
Responsibilities:
Review requirements and write high quality maintainable code to meet requirements.
Analyze stress test result and perform performance tuning Investigate, analyze and address reported defects in a timely manner.
Work in a team environment using a structured development process Work independently on technical solutions and collaboratively with the extended team Skills & Requirements Education and Experience Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science, or related degree 6
years of hands-on development and design experience in software development 4
years of professional experience in web-based application development, using Java, XML, HTML, CSS, Web Services, AJAX and Enterprise Library Experience with content management system development is highly desirable.
Experience with smart-phone/mobile applications is desired.
Experience with financial applications and compliance rules is desired.
Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies is desired.
