Description Assists internal/external customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues and answering questions Develops various support processes for Level 1 maintenance Builds and deploys installation scripts for multiple platforms Some travel required Installs PC hardware and software System administrator for POS and store PC s Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
CompTia certification (A+, Network
& Security+) preferred At least two years experience with personal computers and networking required.
At least one year experience with application deployment and automation required.
Computer ( Microsoft Office, Time and Attendance, Labor Scheduling, Gem2020, SQL knowledge preferred,4690 Point Of Sale, Avalanche Wavelink) Technical (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, LanDesk, Microsoft Windows, remote access, variety of specialty software and peripheral devices) Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills Organizational skills Ability to prioritize Problem solving skills Knowledge of computer hardware and software Local Intranet Applications Communication Effective listening, speaking, reading and writing Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
