Description Ensures compliance of Vendors by auditing inbound shipments Audits vendor merchandise using approved Academy QA procedures Visually inspects and measures vendor merchandise, noting any discrepancies or defects Documents audit results and forwards findings to QA Supervisor Verifies shipments by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to OQL standards Completes audit paperwork by documenting audit results and findings Communicates audit findings to QA Supervisor Maintains safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation policies and procedures Maintains audit forms & procedures Preplans for audits Required to learn Company policies and procedures Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

At least six months of related work experience PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and write basic mathematical skills and comprehend instructions May be required to work in mezzanines and or handling equipment up to 35 ft.
