Ability to do the work of an Food Service Worker without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common duties such as cutting lemons, making coffee, tea and other beverages. I am skilled in washing pots and pans by either using mechanical equipment or by hand. I am skilled in utilizing a cash register or signature headcount sheets. I can perform duties of simple arithmetic and account for all cash collections after meals- Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Work involves moderate physical effort. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds, e.g., lifting individual dishes or trays in serving or cleaning tables; lifting trays or clean dishes. Lifts filled milk containers weighing up to 40 pounds to heights of three (3) feet. Is constantly standing and walking. Working Conditions:
Work is performed predominantly in kitchen and dining areas. Areas are often uncomfortably warm and noisy. Incumbent is subject to injuries from equipment used and slippery floors; exposed to dirt, grease, and water in cleaning tasks. Incumbent is subject to extremes in temperature of hot kitchens and walk-in refrigerators. Shift work may be required by the position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
